The Viewing Studio has been providing services for just over two years and sets the standard for the viewing facility market. The Viewing Studio is a division of Essex Technological Corporation Ltd who specialise in I.T. & Internet consultancy making us at the forefront of the market research viewing facility game allowing us to adopt & provide cutting-edge technologies quickly & effectively at very competitive rates. Luxurious Studios, Viewing Rooms and Conference Room

We have two luxurious state-of-the-art contemporary studios and a large fully equipped conference suite / boardroom (all linked to Live Web Streaming Cameras), two reception rooms and excellent catering facilities (fridges are placed in both respondent and client studios for refreshments and hot & cold food is available via prior request).

Both viewing studios are fitted with one-way mirrors and are ideal for focus groups, depth interviews, on-line groups, web usability testing, and interactive digital television testing. They are equipped to the highest of standards, with the very latest technologies and include audio and visual recording with DVD recording, VHS video recording and audio cassette recording facilities. All rooms are fully networked to high-speed wireless broadband providing a minimum throughput of 2Mb to access the internet. Clients are welcome to use their own MAC or PC laptops on the network. The studios also have flat-screen LCD televisions to display VHS tapes and DVDs in addition to providing live feeds from any of the studio cameras positioned throughout the viewing facility.

Usability Testing

We are always looking forward in regard to services, in particular usability services. Our most requested service is our web usability testing service which allows web marketers to analyze and test their clients internet/intranet sites. We can provide anything from 1 - 8 laptops or desktops which are connected to a 2Mb broadband internet connection. Catering

The Viewing Studio uses the one of the finest caterers in Leeds to provide delicious gourmet sandwich platters, luxury buffets and piping-hot sit down meals. We have some exciting menus and can also make provision for vegetarians or persons with special dietary requirements.
