Notes: All prices exclude VAT. Evening rates commence at 16:00. An additional 60 minutes are given free of charge before a booking to allow for preparation. An additional 30 minutes are given free of charge after a booking to allow for client discussion. Time is charged from entry to departure. We are happy to distribute incentives, with signature/ID check optional. Contact us regarding rates for weekend bookings. Bookings Provisional bookings can be made free of charge. However booking dates can only be held only on the studio director receiving a confirmation booking form via email. Confirmations will not be accepted through any other means. In the event of more than one provisional booking being made by different clients for the same time/day we operate a first come first served policy. Each booker will be notified that the provisional booking needs to be confirmed to secure the date and the bookers given opportunity to confirm the booking in the order that the provisional bookings were made. Each booker is given the opportunity of one hour to confirm the booking before it is offered to the next provisional booker. Confirmations of provisional bookings must be made 3 working days before the proposed group. Cancellations Cancellation of provisional bookings are free of charge. Cancellation of confirmed bookings with less than 10 full working days notice before the group will incur a 100% charge of the studio fee. Anything longer than this duration will incur a 50% charge of the studio fee. The definition of a ‘full working day’ in this paragraph relates to a period of 9am – 5pm. We have to make these charges to protect studio time. Food & Drink Any confectionary or beverages consumed are the responsibility of the client/research company/moderator. The Viewing Studio and it's staff cannot be held accountable for persons eating or drinking excessively. If you require limit to food or drink please detail so on the booking form and the food and drink will be reduced or removed accordingly before the groups commence. Only food and beverages from the studio can be consumed on the premises. All our catering suppliers are selected on the basis of the quality of the food, service and hygiene standards. Because of this controlled selection procedure we cannot allow any other food to be consumed on the premises i.e. takeaways, pizza delivery, etc.
